Registration for Greek Community Cup 2026 - Youth

The Greek Community Cup will take place from Sunday 13 September - Sunday 4 October 2026.

Sunday 13 September: A fun-filled one day gala for our youngest players.

YOUTH CUP
Friday 18th - Sunday 20th September: Competitive 3day tournament with NPL & community divisions

MEN’S CUP
Sunday 20 September - Sunday 4 October: 3 weeks of open mens competition across 2 venues, finishing with a grand final.

WOMEN’S CUP
Sunday 20 September - Sunday 4 October: 3 weeks of open mens competition across 2 venues, finishing with a grand final.

MASTERS SHOWCASE
Celebrating our experienced players on grand final day alongside the Open Cup Finals.

Please indicate on the form whether your able to play on Friday evening or not. This can be updated closer to the event.

⏱ TIMES

When scheduling the games, we make every effort to reduce the waiting time between games so teams are not having to spend more time at the venue than they need to.

Approximate match times may be scheduled from:
5pm to 9pm on Friday Night (if team is available and a suitable opponent can be matched). Not applicable to U7 teams.
9am to 9pm on Saturday
8am to 5pm on Sunday

Generally younger teams will not be allocated to commence after 6:30pm on Saturday where possible.

If you have any issues with your teams availability on Friday or Saturday please indicate this in the requests section below. We will do our best to accommodate all requests however it may not always be possible. Please note that Sunday requests are difficult due to finals progressions.

Refunds are subject to our refund policy located via Greek Community Cup website
Team registration fees are non-refundable once fixtures are published.

Please note teams will be guaranteed entry into the tournament only once full payment is made. If a category is full, teams will be placed on a waiting list and will only be offered a spot if a team withdraws or additional spaces are created.

Payment is not required for waiting list teams until a place is accepted.

ℹ️ EXTRA INFORMATION
• In order for an age group to go ahead, a minimum of 4 teams are required, should this quota not be reached, we will use our discretion to amalgamate age groups or move teams into the most suitable age group.

• Once the teams are registered, you must send the link so each players can be registered by their parent/guardian. All players must be registered to your team and age group, and hold a valid ID to prove age

• Boys is also deemed as mixed, female players can play in boys teams

⏰ Registrations Close Friday 28 August 2026 unless sold out earlier.

Please ensure that you enter your club or academy's playing address and not your personal address as the address will appear on the club maps on the website.

⚠ Cancellation of the tournament due to force majeure

In the event that the tournament can’t be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the tournament organisers (force majeure*) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence or the tournament organisers, the tournament organisers cannot be held liable by the delegations for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses etc. Under these circumstances, the tournament organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future tournament, or to reimburse the delegations after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the tournament and which could not be recovered from third parties.
